Cleaning Instuctions

Most bags are made from upholstery,canvas, or cotton and can be machine washed in cold water in Woolite or Cheer Dark.  Fading will occur if the detergent is too strong . Only Hang to Dry!!!! Never put the bags in a dyer.  If a pin is used then remove before washing.

Return Authorization is required by email.  Return will be discarded if no RMA is done.

All other items purchased on internet may be returned for a refund less Shipping cost and handling. The item must be returned within 3 days of receipt of order in new and unused condition and accompanied with your invoice an reason for the return. After 3 days no return will be accepted.

I do not offer exchanges.

Bags purchased at art shows or home parties are final and will not accept exchange.

No replacement of pins are done, due to pin being inspected at time of purchase and any defective product caused by use of customer is not covered.  A new pin may be purchased at price of pin and shipping cost. Email for information or call 937-446-2415.
